Job Profile:
The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus and explain dishes or daily specials
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction during their meal
• Handle billing and process payments
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and the dining area
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements:
• Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
• Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Previous hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability during evenings and weekends
• EU work permit required

Job Profile:
The Service Supervisor oversees the restaurant floor operations and ensures high standards of customer service. They supervise service staff and ensure smooth coordination between the front-of-house and kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage the front-of-house service team
• Ensure guests receive excellent service and resolve complaints if needed
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely food service
• Monitor staff performance and guide the team during busy shifts
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards
• Assist in staff training and shift organization

Requirements:
• Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage busy service periods
• Problem-solving and organizational skills
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
• EU work permit required

Job Profile:
The Commis Chef supports the kitchen team by assisting in food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring dishes are prepared according to the restaurant’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist chefs with food preparation and cooking tasks
• Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, sauces, and garnishes
• Follow recipes and kitchen preparation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Ensure proper storage of food and ingredients
• Support the kitchen team during busy service hours

Requirements:
• Basic culinary training or kitchen experience preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Team player with willingness to learn
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
• EU work permit required
